Position: Executive – IT Support / IT & ERP
Department: Information Technology (IT)
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Location: Dhaka

Job Responsibilities

• Provide hardware and software technical support.

• Troubleshoot computers, printers, network and internet-related issues.

• Install and configure Windows, software, printers and other IT devices.

• Support LAN, Wi-Fi, IP devices and basic networking.

• Maintain IT equipment and inventory.

• Provide support for ERP/software-related activities.

• Maintain IT documentation and user support records.

• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma/B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering or a related field.

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Networking, TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS and DHCP.

• Hardware and software troubleshooting skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
