Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
∎ Researching prospects and generating leads.
∎ Familiarize with the doctor's practices and specialties.
∎ Maintain liaison with the medical association; medical institutes; build and maintain relationship with medical professionals and generate prescriptions.
∎ Develop and maintain potential Doctors' databases within assigned territory.
∎ Supervising and delegating tasks to the sales team members.
∎ Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and sales goals efficiently.
∎ Monitoring the performance of the sales staff.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Line Manager.

Salary: Negotiable
