Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Smart Device Usability: Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiar with general computer usage and operations. Smart Device Proficiency: Comfortable using various smart devices such as smartphones and tablets for business purposes. Internet Browsing Skills: Proficient in basic internet browsing and online research. Social Media Familiarity: Capable of navigating and using social media platforms effectively.
∎ Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex issues and find innovative solutions.
∎ Customer Service: High level of customer service orientation and experience in handling customer queries and complaints professionally via Phone Call & inbox.
∎ Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
∎ Inventory Management: Ability to manage and optimize inventory levels to meet demand without overstocking.
∎ Order Fulfillment: Experience with order processing, logistics, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
∎ Vendor Relations: Ability to manage relationships with suppliers and vendors effectively.
∎ Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business environments and stay updated with the latest industry trends.
∎ Customer-Centric: Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
∎ Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if necessary.
∎ Product Knowledge: Have a comprehensive understanding of the product, including size, color, and other details. Watch all videos, reels, and photos uploaded to the page and group.
∎ No Ego: Maintain a professional and cooperative attitude at all times.
