We are looking for future sales superstars with the hunter mentality and the ability to handle high pressure environment. Job Responsibilities:
∎ To identify new potential customer and opportunities.
∎ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns
∎ Educate customers on how our services and financial education-training can benefit them
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients.
∎ Negotiate/close deals and handle objections and complaints
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
∎ Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate with strong sales experience (1-4 years) are favoured, extremely generous commission structure.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ -On target earnings of Tk. 40,000-65,000+ (sales commission)-If you succeed with consistent performance, from the third month you can expect to earn 70,000-85,000+
