Educational Requirements:
∎ Skills Required: Call Center, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Customer Service, Customer Support through Phone, Digital Marketing, Telemarketing, telesales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amount of outbound calls in a timely manner
∎ Able to handle different clients beyond communication "Script".
∎ Identify customers need, clarify information, research every issue and provide solution.
∎ Communicate respectfully & politely with customer at all time.
∎ Respect office rules & responsibilities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need to have good English Communication skill.
∎ Need to have good negotiation skill with clients.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
∎ 1. Transportation allowance Tk 2000/- for attending office 20 to 21days a month & completing full shift.
2. One Week of training will be provided by company.
3. Attractive sales Bonus by which an agent can earn up to Tk 30,000/- to Tk 35,000/- per month even higher.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Weekly 2 holidays
