Job Context:
∎ If you have excellent hold over English language both verbal & writing, rest do not matter.
∎ Will be a one year contract with the company, condition applies.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amount of outbound & inbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Able to handle different clients beyond "Communication Script".
∎ Identify customers need, clarify information, research every issue and provide solution.
∎ Communicate respectfully & politely with customer at all time.
∎ Respect office rules & responsibilities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 21 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ If you have excellent hold over English language both verbal & writing, rest do not matter.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
∎ Transportation allowance for attending office 20 to 21days a month & completing full shift. 15 to 20 days of training will be provided by the Company. Attractive sales Bonus by which an agent can earn up to Tk 30,000/- to Tk 35,000/- per month even higher.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Attractive Bonus will be provided on sales target achievements.
