Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large amount of outbound calls in a timely manner
∎ Able to handle different clients beyond communication "Script".
∎ Identify customers need, clarify information, research every issue and provide solution.
∎ Communicate respectfully & politely with customer at all time.
∎ Respect office rules & responsibilities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ If you have excellent hold in English language both verbal & writing rest does not matter.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
∎ Transportation allowance Tk 2000/- for attending office 20 to 21days a month & completing full shift. Attractive sales Bonus by which an agent can earn up to Tk 30,000/- to Tk 35,000/- per month even higher.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Dinner will be provided from Company head.
