∎ Graduate in any discipline (Business Graduate will be preferred)

∎ Skills Required: Basic Computer skills., Good communication skills, Proficient in English, Quick learner and intelligent, Strong Convincing Negotiation Skills
Job Context:
∎ Working time: BD time 6:30 pm - 2:30 am (5 days a week)
∎ ** We`ll start to review your CVs and we will inform the shortlisted ones for the Interview process in the middle of July. Those who will pass the interview will have the training for 5 days at the end of the month of July. **
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inbound & Outbound Tele-service.
∎ Identify and assess customers' needs and purchase behavior.
∎ Persuade the clients by cold calling to buy explaining to them how the services or products meet their requirements.
∎ Proven record of meeting sales targets through cold calling.
∎ Update customer information on the database with every call.
∎ Ensuring the highest quality of individual sales.
∎ Follow the pre-defined pitch & the entire calling process accurately.
∎ Provide the right information to customers in a professional tone & attitude.
∎ Listen to & handle customer queries about products & services effectively.
∎ Closing sales and leading customers through the purchasing process.
∎ Follow-up customer calls where necessary.
∎ Completing tasks under seniors' supervision.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with senior management and colleagues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent fluency in speaking English.
∎ Applicants must stay in Sylhet City.
∎ Applicants must have their own transport facility or have to manage it.
∎ Must be computer literate (Good browsing skills and High-typing speed preferable).
∎ Must have customer-convincing skills.
∎ Must have a long-term career plan with us.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, Self-reliant, and service-oriented attitude.
∎ Team Player (Examples of prior team activities will be well considered).
∎ Experience in Sales related fields is preferable.
∎ Excellent time management skills.
∎ Multilingual (Sylheti Dialect, Hindi/Arabic/Italian/Spanish/French/Turkish) will be preferred as well.
∎ Adaptive and a quick learner.
∎ Multitasking and problem-solving capabilities.
Salary:
∎ Basic- 15,000 BDT - 50,000 BDT
(First 3 months of Provisional period 12,000 BDT)
