Educational Requirements:
∎ B.sc engineering degree / Diploma Engineer with at least 3-5 years specific experience in sales & Marketing as an D. Manager/Manager in Elevator & Escalator Company or Any Engineering Sector.( Educational Qualification will be relaxed for experienced and skilled candidate)

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales & Marketing of Sub-Station Equipments, Generator , Voltage Stabilizer & BBT
∎ Sourcing & Contacting with Consultant & Client in a regular basis.
∎ Set up the marketing planning, roadmap the marketing sourcing of prospective industrial customers for Sub-Station Equipments, Generator, Voltage Stabilizer & BBT .
∎ Prepare, Submitting the quotation and interpretation of the technical specification.
∎ To follow up quotation to the top management of the customers company and creative capability to understand customers thinking & capability to apply innovative policy to achieve final goal.
∎ Identify and qualify new revenue generating sales opportunities.
∎ Fulfill monthly & annual sales targets and other goals of the Company.
∎ Explore new markets to contribute in sales increase.
∎ Prepare regular sales action plan.
∎ Having Knowledge in complete sub-station equipments ,Generator , Voltage Stabilizer , On-Line UPS , Solar Power system & BBT
∎ Track marketing performance and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.
∎ Any Others professional responsibilities as assigned by the managing Director time to time as when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 year(s) for B.sc engineering degree
∎ At least 5 year(s) for Diploma Engineer
∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing
∎ Excellent coordination and presentation skills
∎ Proficiency in Computer literacy(MS Word, Excel & Power Point)
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English & Bengali
Salary:
∎ TK 7,000.00-TK 8,000.00 (Provision Period -01 Year), after One year Salary range: TK 12,000.00- TK 15,000.00
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Sales Commission, Two festival bonuses & Insurance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2(Yearly)
∎ Other benefits as per company policy.
