∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Building Matertials, Business development, Real Estate Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms

Job Context:
∎ Reporting to the Management.
∎ Full-time & Regular - subject to 6-month probation period successfully completed.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential Project Management / Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC / Safety Management in private, Govt., Semi-Govt. industries, projects and relevant markets.
∎ Maintain liaison with existing customers to retain and accelerate sales.
∎ Collect, verify, analyse and communicate consumption information from existing and potential client for market exploration.
∎ With the support of Management: generate new Client, facilitate sales, ensure timely delivery & collect payment within due time.
∎ Achieving periodical target & increasing the sales to further development.
∎ Submitting periodical reports & reviews before deadline.
∎ Keep regular communication and information updates with client.
∎ Participate actively in different official promotion, program & exhibitions.
∎ Ready to take new assignments enthusiastically and proactively as or when assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
