∎ 1-2-year (s) of experience in a relevant field is preferred.
∎ Sound Knowledge of computer application
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
∎ Strategic thinking, team orientation, strong analytical skills, and technically sound.
∎ Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics to apply to business requirements.
∎ Willingness to travel around the country and work in a professional manner

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Location: Dhaka (job location can be transferred based on management’s decision)
∎ Achieving planned volume targets and managing personal and team goals to meet the individual and company's annual targets.
∎ Assisting industrial customers and the whole seller in creating mass awareness of using quality lubricants in the territory and beyond to establish our strength over the competition.
∎ Analyzing competitor's strategy & behavior, business performance, and product performance of each segment and preparing counter reports
∎ Following up with potential customers to upsell and improve the service. Monitor used oil samples on a per-customer basis.
∎ Supporting the technical issues of the Sales Team. Organize training, lube clinic, and inspection to potential industries.
∎ Arranging technical seminars in a year for customers to demonstrate product benefits with the aid of the technical team
