∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is totally target oriented.
∎ Maintain contact and liaison with reference group like BUET, LGED, PWD, PGCB, PDB, WASA, DESA, RHD etc.
∎ Arrange various workshop, mason-meet, user meet, and events, campaign, program, seminar for engineers.
∎ Promote company's brands in all institutional development sectors.
∎ To address customer complaints and coordinate with Supervisors.
∎ To interact with consumers and provide information about products or services.
∎ To innovate diversified ideas / avenues / channels for attainment of better Customer satisfaction & trust.
∎ Frequent field visit for Technical Support to the Sales Team to meet the sales target.
∎ Maintain regular communication channel with client to promote own brand to use in their construction work.
∎ Solve technical claims of own brands as a client service.
∎ Responsible for giving engineering and technical support to client.
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management time to time.
