∎ Education level: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University. However, any additional business degree will also be an added advantage

∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all the sales activities for flour, pulses and spice milling opportunities across Bangladesh
∎ Develop sales channel to ensure sustainable business and review performance and ensure post sales service for flour, pulse, and other milling solutions
∎ Identify new lead for flour, pulses and spice milling opportunities
∎ Build rapport with relevant and potential customers
∎ Budgeting , planning and ensure sales target achievement as per discussion with line manager for flour, pulses and other food projects and single machine businesses
∎ Feasibility check of the project before submission of commercial proposal
∎ Prepare flow sheets & quotations with help of our Buhler overseas colleagues
∎ Freeze flow sheets according to the customer's requirements after series of technical discussions
∎ Submit final quotation according to the agreed flow sheets
∎ Price Negotiation with the customer by ensuring standard profit margin
∎ Review with Buhler overseas colleague regarding all technical and coommercial terms & conditions
∎ Follow up with the project managers for proper execution of projects as per contract terms and dead line
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in sales job special focus in the food industry
∎ Functional Competencies
∎ Analytical and creative thinking
∎ Hard working and tenacity to take challenges without asking questions
∎ Ability to communicate well to other members of the team
∎ Excellent communication skill both Bengali and English
∎ Primary knowledge of Capital Equipment / Project Sales, along with marketing knowledge
∎ High skills in building up relationships with customer / top executives quickly / networking skills / customer orientation
∎ High travelling requirement
