Additional Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience in Electro Mechanical Works, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical maintenance, Installation and Troubleshooting
∎ Work experience in Agro-based firms (incl. Feed Mills / Agro Processing / Seed)
∎ Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and perform complex system tests
∎ High travelling to remote customer sites
∎ Excellent manual dexterity
∎ Analytical and creative thinking skills
∎ Detail-oriented personality
∎ Ability to communicate well with other members of the team and all stakeholders
∎ Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English is pre-requisite

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to customer complaints as top priority by troubleshooting, evaluating and resolving Poultry, Aqua and Cattle Feed problems
∎ Assist in installing the equipment and analyse, inspect and review findings to determine the solutions to customers’ demands
∎ Work with technical teams (Technologist / Sales / R&D) to offer customer training on the product, repairs, tests and equipment / machines / plants maintenance
∎ Monitor products’ performance, maintain product manuals and provide customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requests
∎ Develop and maintain relations with customers, report common customer complaints to top management to address the situation for future references
∎ Make recommendations to customers’ maintenance teams and offer feedback on product development, features and functions
∎ Support Feed and Seed Crushing project execution and pre-commissioning
∎ Be responsible for single machine commissioning (Feed & Seed Crushing)
∎ Support other business areas (e.g. Rice and Flour Milling), if required
∎ Support spare parts sales for all Feed business units
