Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Engineer/ Account Manager is responsible for the sales and development of multiple product portfolio in accordance with assigned accountabilities. He / She will be responsible for all customer related matters from inquiry to invoice, and will be first point of contact to our customer.
∎
∎ Develop aftersales business with power plants, marine, and industrial clients under company guidance.
∎ Performing tasks such as handling customer inquiries, issuing quotations, receiving POs, assisting customers with logistics as & when necessary.
∎ Meeting and exceeding assigned sales target. Business development activity for generating new business and revenue streams.
∎ Attending government and private sector tender procedures in order to sell companies products & services.
∎ Follow upon sales leads. Managing orders and supply chain.
∎ Monitoring and collection of account receivables. Managing and resolving disputes/ discrepancies.
∎ Communicate with customers and suppliers in order to complete jobs under taken, successfully.
∎ Develop and maintain good relationships with all customers.
∎ Perform any other Adhoc tasks assigned by company .
Additional Requirements:
∎ Detailed understanding of the business both technical and commercial levels especially in power sector and power plant equipment sales.
∎ Seasoned sales professional with minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in power plant sector, working with Engine Spareparts and Services. Experience in the Marine and industrial market will be an advantage.
∎ Demonstrated application engineering approach
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Knowledge in Power plant operations, Diesel Engine and Turbocharger maintenance.
∎ Comparable vocational education with longtime work experience.
