Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ For Safety Officer: Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor in any discipline with relevant training.
∎ Experience: Minimum 4 years
∎ For Safety Supervisor: Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor in any discipline or Diploma in engineering with relevant training.
∎ Experience: Minimum 2 years
∎ Skills Required: Health Safety and Environment

∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, Construction Safety
Job Responsibilities:
∎ For Safety Officer:
∎
∎ Responsible for safety function of construction area of the projects.
∎ Manage safety and occupational health programs in compliance with standards and requirements to assure safety, healthy, and efficient operations.
∎ Responsible for maintaining every rules and regulation of safe environment.
∎ Designs, develops and conducts safety and environmental training programs and keep training records and injured worker data.
∎ Coordinates and follow up the whole work area and determine the presence of hazardous conditions.
∎ Analyzes hazardous conditions and assigns risk assessment codes for use by departments to prioritize and plan corrective actions.
∎ Arrange Safety Meeting and conducts safety training/briefing at construction site.
∎ Conducts periodic inspections of project sites to assist managers and supervisors in environmental, health, and safety compliance.
∎ Plans and promotes safety programs and investigate accident as needed.
∎ Ensures that processes take necessary corrective action to prevent future incidents.
∎ Testing effectiveness of site emergency response plans
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

∎ For Safety Supervisor:
∎
∎
∎ Frequently site visit to check safety status of the projects
∎ Regular reporting to the department head
∎ Take immediate steps to create awareness among the site people who found ignorant about their safety hazard
∎ Promote and ensure the execution of the health and safety protocols set by safety team
∎ Takes part in accident / incident investigation
∎ Responsible for maintaining every rules and regulation of safe work environment.
∎ Conducts safety training/briefing at construction site
∎ Working as a bridge between the project site and the corporate office regarding the health and safety issues of all the projects
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

∎ Age 20 to 44 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ For Safety Officer: 40k to 50kFor Safety Supervisor: 20k to 25K
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Insurance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ The Festival bonus will be paid after six months of continuous service.
