∎ 5. Handle prospective student inquiries for RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) through live chat, Facebook, WhatsApp & phone calls.
∎ 6.Advise students on document requirements for Australian skill assessments.
∎ 7.Guide clients in creating professional resumes, declarations, and other RPL documents.
∎ 8.Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure high lead-to-conversion rate.
∎ 9.Collaborate with Australian migration experts and documentation teams (training provided).
∎ 10 Meet KPI targets for response time, lead conversion, and communication quality.
