Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development of new product/model, Benchmarking and Monitoring overall activities from product designing to launching in market.
∎ Supervise all kind of product Design, Investment, Costing, Mold & Die, Supplier handling, Certification, RM Order, PSI, Mass production, sample testing & analysis.
∎ Identify new products, develop concepts for future and plan accordingly.
∎ Incorporate up to date features and technological advancement
∎ Ensure the minimum wastage and BOM Cost and ensure maximum support from Production Management, Process Development, Quality Management and SCM.
∎ Introduce new projects and implementation.
∎ Developing products according to Local & International Standards for export.
∎ Monitoring the quality of running products and set standards to improve it further.
∎ Collaboration with Customer Service Management and analyze the data of quality of the products and parts.
∎ Survey market feedback, market trend, competitors and competitor products lifecycle, performance & technology and set up strategies accordingly.
∎ Set up strategies based on the life cycle of running products.
∎ Analyze the performance of slow-moving items and take necessary action to make those fast moving.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in manufacturing industries (Washing Machine, Gas Stove, Induction Cooker, Rice Cooker, Cookware, Iron, Geyser etc.) will get preference.
∎ Experience as Project/Operation Management,
∎ Sound Knowledge in 2D/3D design and manufacturing.
∎ Should have knowledge of current trends, materials and innovations within the design
