Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: ANSYS, Auto CAD 2D 3D, AUTO CAD and Solid Works, Catia, Drafting, Siemens NX
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electronics item research and development, Mechanical Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To design & redesign Complete Television, Accessories & Parts (both Plastic & Sheet Metal) based on requirements.
∎ Working with mold able plastic parts, sheet metal, casting parts, optical parts design & surface design.
∎ To work with injection molding machine & generate design idea on injection system, mold design, stamping, die casting, painting and extrusion process.
∎ Innovative test design & Technology adoption to ensure performance and apply technical role in designing standard of Television R&I.
∎ Work with 2D, 3D, CAD software (Solid Works, Inventor/Catia/NX), CAM Software (SolidCAM, MasterCAM etc.) and analytical simulation of parts using Ansys/Abaqus similar software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience in Plastic Mold Designing.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Solid works & AutoCAD design or Product Development.
∎ Knowledge about 3D Design & Drafting.
∎ Knowledge about Solid Works, NX, Catia etc.
∎ Knowledge about estimation and costing.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
