∎ Skills Required: Research and Development, Research Design/ Analysis
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CAD Designing, Research and Innovation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Battery, Storage cell
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design & redesign complete products & parts in 2D & 3D with CAD software (Solid Works, AutoCAD and analytical simulation or similar software).
∎ Working with moldable plastic parts.
∎ BOM, Process Planning, SOP preparation.
∎ Cost optimization and capacity increase with insurance of quality.
∎ Product testing & comparative analysis.
∎ Determine root causes, and design and implement corrective actions with FMEA.
∎ Innovative test design and technology adoption to ensure performance.
∎ Apply technical role in designing standard of R&I.
∎ Any other special task given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the Battery Manufacturing industry will get a preference.
∎ Experience in product/part designing.
∎ Must have sound knowledge on Product Development.
∎ Knowledge about 3D Design & Drafting.
∎ Knowledge about Solid Works, AutoCAD etc.
∎ Knowledge about estimation and costing.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
