Education:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
∎ Proven experience in retrofitting or construction site supervision.
∎ Strong knowledge of construction materials, chemical and admixture applications.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Group of Companies, Food and Beverage Industries, Construction Firm.
∎ Microsoft Office and Auto CAD 2D must.
∎ Good Communication and leadership skill.
∎ Positive professional attitude, self-motivated and team player.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and monitor retrofitting works in accordance with approved drawings and designs.
∎ Inspect and ensure the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
∎ Coordinate and align work schedules with factory concerns and contractors’ representatives.
∎ Prepare and submit daily and weekly work progress reports.
∎ Apply technical knowledge in the use of chemicals and admixtures for construction works.
∎ Review and verify contractors’ bills for accuracy and compliance.
∎ Work effectively under pressure to meet project deadlines.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
