∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing and overseeing the daily operations of restaurant's accounting procedure.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
∎ Maintain petty cash, cash book, ledger book, all records and registers.
∎ To prepare daily Sales statement/customers
∎ Check daily expenditures, vouchers, Requisition and daily transaction.
∎ Cash management & cash disbursement.
∎ Budget & Fund Flow Check and Check the Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
∎ Preparation of daily/monthly cash reports and cash requirements to ensure.
∎ To maintain restaurant's ERP software for items, invoice etc. data entry.
∎ Posses standard math skills and have the ability to operate POS machine system.
∎ To prepare and report daily Receipt & Payment (Cash and Bank) Statement (Reporting).
∎ Responsible for daily estimate, forecast and maintain inventory of restaurant demand.
∎ Communicate with supply chain manager for schedule delivery of food items and beverages.
∎ Communicate with Govt. Agencies(VAT/TAX) etc.
∎ Duty Time: 11 AM to 9 PM.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 yrs of relevant work experience of Food/Restaurant industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in Accounts and Finance, Tax/VAT
∎ Proficiency in maintaining accounts using software also need efficiency in using MS Excel and Data Transfer.
∎ Skills Required: Able to work under pressure, Analytical Skill, Communication skills both in Bangla & English, Email Communications.
