Job Context

This is a busy highway restaurant where long-distance travelers take meal breaks. We are looking for polite, energetic, and service-minded Waiters who can ensure excellent customer service and maintain restaurant standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers politely and provide menu assistance.

• Take accurate food orders and serve meals on time.

• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, and service stations.

• Ensure proper table setting, cutlery placement, and overall presentation.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

• Handle customer queries and complaints with a positive attitude.

• Refill water, drinks, and ensure guests’ needs are fulfilled promptly.

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Support cashiers and other staff when needed.

• Uphold JSK Group’s service standards and customer satisfaction goals.
