Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar.
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness standards according to hotel and health regulations.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotional offers.
Be familiar with hotel facilities and services to assist guests with inquiries.
Adhere to hotel grooming and uniform standards at all times.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
Comply with hotel security and safety procedures.
