• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar.

• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Maintain cleanliness standards according to hotel and health regulations.

• Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotional offers.

• Be familiar with hotel facilities and services to assist guests with inquiries.

• Adhere to hotel grooming and uniform standards at all times.
