Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, provide recommendations, process transactions, and ensure a positive experience.

• Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to meet targets, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

• Operational Support: Maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, manage displays, and upkeep tools/equipment.

• Company Representation: Act as a brand ambassador, upholding core values and professional standards.

• Task Execution: Diligently complete daily tasks assigned by leaders, such as processing orders, assisting customers, or handling inventory.
