Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities: Manage overall restaurant operations including service, kitchen coordination, and guest experience Lead, train, and supervise waiters, captains, and other F&B staff Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and service consistency Monitor and control costs, inventory, and wastage to maximize profitability Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring quick resolution Prepare duty rosters, staff schedules, and manage manpower planning Coordinate with kitchen team on menu planning, food costing, and promotions Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/monthly reports for management Plan and execute promotional events, offers, and marketing initiatives Handle vendor coordination and procurement as required Employment Status: Full-time Additional Requirements: Both males and females are encouraged to apply Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Excellent command over Bangla and English (spoken & written) Sound knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and inventory management Well-groomed, confident, and guest-service oriented Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume operations Job Location: Cox’s Bazar Salary: Negotiable Performance-based incentive (if applicable) As per company policy
