Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to communicate and understand in English and Bengali.
∎ Must be Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: beverage menu planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports.
∎ Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of service and beverage preparation.
∎ Must have good working knowledge of own area, market trends and industry changes
∎ Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling and planning
∎ Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues
∎ Develop employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations and by conducting performance reviews.
∎ Maintain an accurate and up-to-date plan of restaurant staffing needs. Prepare schedules and ensure that the restaurant is staffed for all shifts.
∎ Ensure positive guest service in all areas. Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
∎ Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner.
∎ Ability to perform all functions at the restaurant level, including delivery and toilet cleaning when and if needed.
∎ Communicate well all aspects of weekly operations by leading weekly team management meetings
∎ Assist in developing, planning, and executing restaurant marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, and campaigns

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 2 years' experience as a restaurant manager in a high-volume fine dining restaurant
∎ Age 25 to 35 year(s)
∎ Females preferred
∎ Good organization and administrative skills.
∎ Excellent attention to detail.
∎ Strong Microsoft and Excel skills
∎ Possess excellent basic math skills and can operate a cash register or POS system.
