Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Hotel Management
∎ Diploma in hotel/restaurant management is desirable. A combination of practical experience and education will be considered as an alternative.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hotel & Restaurant
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Restaurant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accurately processes transactions through the POS and counts back change to customers.
∎ Read, count, and write to complete all documentation
∎ Operate and use all equipment necessary for store operation
∎ Provides top quality espresso shots for hot and cold beverages. Skills in coffee art will be beneficial
∎ Sells and serves baked goods and miscellaneous food items to customers
∎ Honors customers by providing quick, friendly, and personal service.
∎ Work successfully as part of a team, while under pressure
∎ Perform any other duties as directed by your manager
∎ Assists in the opening and/or closing of the café.
∎ Assist with management of stock, wastage, and sales figures.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 1 year experience as a barista in a high-volume café.
∎ Age 21 to 35year(s)
∎ Good organization and administrative skills.
∎ Excellent attention to detail.
∎ Strong Microsoft and Excel skills
∎ Possess basic math skills and can operate a cash register or POS system.
