আগত ভিজিটর ও ক্লায়েন্টদের ভদ্রভাবে অভ্যর্থনা জানানো

ফোন কল রিসিভ করা ও প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী কল ট্রান্সফার করা

অফিসের ইনকামিং ও আউটগোয়িং চিঠিপত্র/ডকুমেন্ট ম্যানেজ করা

ভিজিটর রেজিস্টার ও অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট নোট করা

অফিসের সাধারণ তথ্য প্রদান করা

সংশ্লিষ্ট ডিপার্টমেন্টের সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করা

অফিস রিসেপশন এরিয়া পরিষ্কার ও সুশৃঙ্খল রাখা
