Job Context:
∎ The Residence Hall supervisor is a full-time, live-in, professional staff member responsible for the daily operations.
∎ Applications are invited for the mentioned position of Gulmeher Hall on following terms and conditions:
∎ Job Location: Gulmeher Hall, USTC, Foy`s Lake, Khulshi, Chattogram

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring the cleanliness, hygienic environment, and comfortable living environment for the residents.
∎ Ensuring the safety and security of the inmates.
∎ Checking and verifying arrival and departure time of the inmates.
∎ Collecting fees from the inmates, allowing no outstanding dues and submitting the report from time to time to ANWT, Dhaka.
∎ Reporting from time to time to the proper Authority regarding overall development, maintenance, safety and security.
∎ Managing day to day operations and record keeping.
∎ Assisting the residents in their adjustment to roommate and community living
∎ Processing all paper works in a timely manner.
∎ Being visible and interacting with residents.
∎ Performing other duties as assigned by the appropriate authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Only females and single are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience
∎ Good command over both Bangla and English language (oral and written)
∎ Punctual and good analytical ability
∎ Well behaved, decent personality with people management skills.
∎ Good computer skills.
∎ Excellent planning and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to write and present clear, concise and convincing reports and strategies.
∎ A problem solver.
∎ The incumbent should have fluent communication and writing skill, IT
∎ Knowledge.
∎ Exceptionally qualified / experienced candidates will get preferences.
