Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Ensuring the correctness of RL of formation level of footing including, thickness of cc casting, footing casting etc.
∎ Ensuring the correct placement of reinforcement as per structural design including bar dia, spacing, clear cover etc.
∎ Ensuring the correct placement of formwork including the support for it.
∎ Ensuring correct workmanship during pouring of concrete.
∎ Ensuring the quality of aggregates, when necessary.
∎ Ensuring the curing of casting surface and all other cemented works.
∎ Ensuring the quality of construction materials before use.
∎ Ensuring all other civil works during construction as per specification.
∎ Ensuring correctness of measurement of all civil works.
∎ Checking and ensuring the correctness of the bills of contractor(s)/consultant(s).
∎ Act as the resident engineer of the project.
∎ Perform any duty as deemed necessary by the Project Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Minimum B Sc. in Civil Engineering from a reputed University.
∎ Minimum field supervision experience of building works for 10 years as an Assistant Engineer/Junior
∎ Engineer/Project Engineer/Assistant Residential Engineer.
∎ Experience of structural design will be an asset.
∎ Computer literacy in Microsoft office suit (MS Word, MS Excel and MS power Point) is a must.
∎ Knowledge on AutoCAD and Microsoft Project/Primavera P6 will be an asset.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
