∎ Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering;
∎ Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum total l5 years' experience after graduation in design and construction of Highway Projects; which should include at least 5 years total experience as Assistant/Deputy Resident Engineer on highway construction projects and at least 4 years experience as Resident Engineer in one similar project. Sound knowledge and professional experience of construction management, geometric design, contract management, traffic engineering, road safety and project management is preferred.
