Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably in hospitality management or related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing and supervising staff, training, scheduling, and performance management.
∎ Ensure that the coliving facility is clean, well-maintained, and attractive to guests at all times.
∎ Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Develop and implement policies and procedures for the hostel to ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
∎ Monitor and manage hostel inventory, including supplies and equipment.
∎ Participate in budget planning and management for the dormitory.
∎ Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to ensure that staff are meeting job expectations.
∎ Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and accountability.
∎ Customer centric attitude is mandatory.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ 4-5 years of experience in a managerial/Administrative/supervisor role in the hospitality industry.
∎ Well communicative, and managing skills.
∎ Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
∎ Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures preferable.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and preferably hospitality management software.
