Job Context:
∎ It`s a full time Job
∎ Working hour :
∎ For Male :
∎ Shift A : 1PM - 10PM
∎ Shift B : 9PM - 6AM
∎ For Female :
∎ Shift B : 10AM - 7PM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answering phones professionally, courteously and promptly.
∎ Discussing client's requirements and provide advice on worldwide destinations and flights.
∎ Managing relationships with travel agencies.
∎ Deal with disciplinary matters and customer complaints.
∎ Diagnose the client's specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
∎ Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
∎ Create and update electronic records of clients.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing / potential clients.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate have Travel Agency Working experience will be given priority.
Salary: Negotiable
