∎ Auto CAD & solid works design capability
∎ Should have sound knowledge of metal forming.
∎ Should know about material properties.
∎ Should have strong knowledge of heat treatment and process annealing.
∎ Should know about surface engineering.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Work with all metallurgical issues of Fasteners.
∎ Applied research on Annealed and heat-treated product metallography microstructure.
∎ Die design for Fasteners.
∎ Metal standardization, case study, and root cause analysis.
∎ Quality improvement and Cost innovation.
∎ Benchmarking, prototyping and development of concurrent materials.
∎ Work with all metallurgical issues of Fasteners.
∎ Applied research on Annealed and heat-treated product metallography microstructure.
∎ Die design for Fasteners.
∎ Metal standardization, case study, and root cause analysis.
∎ Quality improvement and Cost innovation.
