∎ Position Overview
∎ We are hiring a Remote Country Director to lead our growing team in Bangladesh and work alongside our UK leadership to drive the strategic growth of the business.
∎ This role begins part-time (approx. 20 hours per week, flexible), with pro-rata pay and the flexibility to keep your existing role during the initial phase. Based on your performance, leadership, and results, the position will transition into a full-time, high-impact leadership role.

∎ What You’ll Be Leading
∎ • Tutoring Services: Overseeing quality of online and in-centre tuition
∎ • Bangladesh Tutor Recruitment: Managing tutor onboarding, training, and quality control
∎ • School Staff Supply Operations: Supporting our UK-based staff placement division
∎ • Publishing & Sales: Promoting and bundling our books (Amazon & bulk)
∎ • Resource Website Launch: Subscription-based content distribution to schools & tutors
∎ • EdTech Innovation: Promoting and refining our custom software and apps
∎ • Marketing & Branding: Overseeing social media, e-commerce campaigns, and B2B growth

∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ • Strategic Leadership & Business Development
∎ • Work closely with UK directors to execute business growth strategies
∎ • Drive innovation in online education, e-commerce, and digital resource platforms
∎ • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities across all business areas
∎ • Team Leadership & Remote Management
∎ • Lead a growing remote team in Bangladesh (tech, admin, design, marketing, academic)
∎ • Ensure performance, deadlines, and KPIs are consistently met
∎ • Recruit and train high-calibre O-Level/A-Level tutors at Bangladeshi universities
∎ • E-Commerce & Brand Promotion
∎ • Support the launch and sales of books and resources via Amazon and subscription models
∎ • Work with digital marketing and social media teams to run effective ad campaigns
∎ • Oversee development and rollout of educational apps and platforms
∎ • Operations & Coordination
∎ • Act as a communication bridge between UK and Bangladesh teams
∎ • Submit reports and strategy updates to the UK board
∎ • Plan and coordinate key project phases and launch timelines
