Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in a call center, BPO, or customer/client support experience.
∎ Basic technical experience in the website and software areas is a plus.
∎ Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and manage time efficiently from a remote setup.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle inbound and outbound client calls, SMS, and online messages (chat/email) professionally.
∎ Please respond quickly to customer questions about our web and software development services.
∎ Generate and qualify leads through outbound communication (no hard sales).
∎ Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using CRM or a support ticket system.
∎ Provide timely solutions to client issues and ensure high client satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate with technical and sales teams on specific client queries or escalations.
∎ I want you always to maintain positive, empathetic, and professional communication.
