Micro Tools , is seeking application from competent, dynamic, dedicated and self-motivated persons to enhance business growth and maximize profits for the company by formulating strategies, executing service.
∎ Preferred area : Dhaka, Gazipur, Jashore, Habiganj, Chottogram.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability and performance of machinery and equipment.
∎ Provide technical support to maintenance teams and assist in troubleshooting complex issues.
∎ Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
∎ Develop maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
∎ Identify and target potential clients within the designated industry sectors for mechanical products.
∎ Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
∎ Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
∎ Analyze and identify potential reliability risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
∎ Industry Mapping: Identify and map important machineries within relevant industries where our products can be utilized effectively.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ 2-5 years experience in sales/ services.
∎ Industrial/ machinery industry product service & installation background is given preferences.
∎ Preferred Area: Dhaka, Gazipur, Jashore, Habiganj, Chottogram.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 50000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
