Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and manage the University's administrative and academic operations.
∎ Maintain accurate student records and handle academic registration processes.
∎ Manage faculty and staff records, ensuring compliance with university policies.
∎ Collaborate with various departments to facilitate efficient communication and decision-making.
∎ Coordinate and organize university events, meetings, and workshops.
∎ Handle correspondence, maintain official documents, and ensure effective record-keeping.
∎ Provide leadership in the development and implementation of university policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Retired Registrar/Deputy Registrar from a public university or 10 years of experience from a private university as a Registrar.
∎ Strong organizational and communication skills.
∎ Proficient in computer applications and office software.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
∎ Knowledge of university policies and regulations.
Salary: Negotiable
