Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters or equivalent Degree from a reputed university with no 3rd Division / Class in any level.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carries out duties for or on behalf of the Vice Chancellor, Leading University as per provisions in the Non-Government University Act 2010
∎ Organizes meetings of the Syndicate, Academic Council, and other Statutory Committees of the University with approval of the Vice Chancellor.
∎ Prepares minutes and implements decisions of Syndicate, Academic Council, and other Statutory Committees of the University, as well as monitors and evaluates with approval of the Vice Chancellor, as necessary.
∎ Provides secretariat assistance to all Committees, both academic and administrative.
∎ Organizes procurement of the furniture, equipment, stationaries and all other necessary materials and services.
∎ Superintends maintenance of the building, furniture, equipment and all other physical materials.
∎ Manage recruitment, training, discipline of administrative and teaching staff and handles all other personnel matters with approval of the Vice Chancellor.
∎ Oversee the admission process.
∎ Plans, maintains and supervises the University transport fleets for the employees and students.
∎ Supervises works of all subordinate officers, guides and trains them in the discharge of their duties and assesses their performance.
∎ All other administrative works relating to academic activities of the university.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years of professional experience from any University/Academic Institution as Deputy Registrar.
∎ Criteria are negotiable for highly experienced and exceptional candidate.
