∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ The candidate must have minimum 1 year of working experience in CTVS ICU after the completion of Post Graduation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Continuously monitor post-operative patients recovering from cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries (CTVS) and coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) procedures.
∎ Assess and manage vital signs, hemodynamic parameters, and overall clinical status, ensuring early detection of any complications.
∎ Be prepared to perform advanced medical interventions, such as managing ventilators, administering vasoactive medications, or performing emergency procedures like re-intubation or chest tube insertion in response to patient deterioration.
∎ Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive post-operative care.
∎ Participate in daily rounds, discussing patient progress and updating care plans based on the latest clinical information and team input.
∎ Monitor and manage potential complications such as arrhythmias, bleeding, respiratory issues, or cardiac events to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
∎ Maintain thorough and accurate medical records of all patient interactions, treatment plans, and clinical observations.
∎ Effectively communicate with patients and their families about the patient's condition, expected recovery, and any changes in care plans.
∎ Provide clear and concise updates to senior medical staff and ensure all documentation complies with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
