∎ Age 20 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide direct patient care in the designated department (OT, ICU, Dialysis, Indoor).
∎ Perform nursing assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications as prescribed.
∎ Assist with surgical procedures, if applicable.
∎ Manage patient care plans and collaborate with the healthcare team.
∎ Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment.
∎ Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
∎ Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
∎ BSC or Diploma in Nursing.
∎ Registered Nurse (BNMC) license.
∎ 2-5 years of experience in the relevant department (OT, ICU, Dialysis, Indoor).
∎ Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Compassionate and patient-oriented.
∎ Willingness to work Roaster Duty, including weekends and holidays.
