∎ Diploma in Medical Ultrasound
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform ultrasound examinations under the supervision of a sonologist.
∎ Prepare patients for ultrasound procedures.
∎ Operate ultrasound equipment and adjust settings as needed.
∎ Acquire and analyze ultrasound images.
∎ Assist with biopsy procedures.
∎ Maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure its proper functioning.
∎ Proficient in computer systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
∎ Ultrasound technician certification or equivalent.
∎ 1-2 years of experience in ultrasound imaging.
∎ Strong technical skills and knowledge of ultrasound equipment.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
