Job Context:
∎ Permanent:
∎ Regional Operation Manager is responsible for controlling costs and supporting continuous improvements to productivity and systems within the warehouse. The Regional Logistics Manager is expected to set and achieve targets and cost positions while ensuring on time service to the store network.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure accurate receiving, picking, and shipping of stock
∎ Direct oversight and control of department
∎ Responsible for LM / FM / RVS sites, distribution center, hubs manpower, fleet, training, resource planning
∎ Set up and manage rider team management for smooth delivery and pickups ( RTO & Reverse ) across all provinces
∎ Oversee warehouse management system to ensure on time delivery
∎ Provide all training materials and ensure that all team members fully comply with relevant training
∎ Minimize costs and increase efficiencies where possible
∎ Maintain results, analyze and assess performance and implement improvements
∎ Ensure all health & safety standards are adhered to and positively followed
∎ Approve all Standard Operating Procedures for assigned area of responsibility
∎ Support to all functions within the department
∎ Reduce costs and provide high level of service
∎ Supervise, manage, and direct a team of one or more employees
∎ Manage, coach, and train members of the workforce
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Master's Degree in any discipline from a recognized/Tier-1 institution
∎ In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in Express / Ecommerce Logistics industry
∎ Knowledge of warehousing and warehousing systems, logistics, supply chain and distribution
∎ Overall process of receiving selecting and shipping goods via a road transport network
∎ Ability to manage and control multiple projects and tasks with tight time deadlines
