∎ Post graduation/MBA

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to Day operation of the Regional Office.
∎ Leading, guiding, and directing the Health Centers according to Management Policy.
∎ Ensure policy implementation, discipline and proper implementation of rules and regulation of the organization.
∎ Managing clinical professional, clerical and administrative staff.
∎ Generating new ideas, implement and try to develop the health center as a self sufficient.
∎ Co-ordinate with Govt. officials/NGO's official etc. for smoothly operation of the Program.
∎ Supervising, monitoring, regular visiting, performance evaluating and follow up the activities and performance of the projects;
∎ Budgeting.
∎ Ordering & supplies.
∎ Handling public relations
∎ Any other task assigned by the higher authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 Years working experience in any reputed NGO (s) / Organizations involve in Project Monitoring & Development / Health Care Service/ Micro Credit.

Salary: Negotiable
