Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate regional & hub-related recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
∎ Conduct orientation sessions for new hires, ensuring they are familiar with office policies, culture, and etiquette.
∎ Facilitate the onboarding process by assisting with paperwork, employment contracts, and employee orientation materials.
∎ Develop and deliver training programs to promote a positive office culture and professional etiquette.
∎ Ensure employees are aware of and adhere to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
∎ Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and adherence to break schedules.
∎ Implement systems to track and report employee time and attendance records accurately.
∎ Identify and address any compliance issues or concerns in a timely manner.
∎ Conduct exit interviews and ensure proper offboarding procedures are followed.
∎ Collaborate with relevant departments to complete necessary paperwork, collect company assets, and facilitate smooth employee departures.
∎ Facilitate the process of opening bank accounts for new employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
∎ Keep track of employee assets.
∎ Liaise with banks to gather the required documentation and provide the necessary support to employees.
∎ Coordinate and schedule job interviews, including arranging interview panels and communicating with candidates.
∎ Ensure a smooth and efficient interview process by managing interview logistics and maintaining interview records.
∎ Generate monthly expense reports and reconcile them with the finance department.
∎ Handle requisition requests for office supplies, equipment, and services to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Manage office supplies inventory, including ordering, restocking, and organizing supplies.
∎ Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favorable pricing and maintain good supplier relationships.
∎ Prepare regular reports on office expenses, including budget tracking and variance analysis.
∎ Assist in developing budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for cost optimization.
∎ Arrange travel and accommodations, plan and schedule in-house and external events.
∎ Establishes controls, and monitors the performance of administrative functions within.
∎ Lead and ensure the security and safety of the Hub and its employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Sound knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Salary: Negotiable

∎ Working Hours : 9:30 AM to 6:30 AM
∎ Probationary period: 6 months. After the probationary period, there will be opportunity for a permanent position based on overall performance.
