∎ B.Sc. in EEE/ECE/ETE from any reputed University.

∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Extrovert & Leadership.
∎ Good command on Microsoft Office application.
∎ Have adequate knowledge of labor law, act & rules as well as related compliance standards.
∎ Good Bengali writing skill through Bijoy Bayanno.
∎ Good command in English.
∎ Good knowledge on KPI, Performance Management, Data Analysis, Modern Recruitment.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To perform an effective recruitment & selection process including receiving manpower requisition, internal sourcing, posting online advertisement, CV screening, shortlisting and communicating to potential candidates (including Officers and Workers both).
∎ Coordinating interview session, final selection and placement.
∎ To prepare and ensure job posting in various sources.
∎ To arrange written test, computer test, analytical ability test, preselection interview, final interview, salary negotiation and finalizing offer.
∎ To perform all the documentation jobs and coordinate documentation team as and when necessary.
∎ To ensure on boarding and joining formalities of selected candidates.
∎ Perform any other activities assigned by the management.
