Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Human Resource Management, Recruitment & Selection
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform an effective recruitment & selection process including receiving manpower requisition, internal sourcing, posting online advertisement, CV screening, shortlisting and communicating to potential candidates (including Officers and Workers both).
∎ Coordinating interview session, final selection and placement.
∎ To prepare and ensure job posting in various sources.
∎ To arrange written test, computer test, analytical ability test, preselection interview, final interview, salary negotiation and finalizing offer.
∎ To perform all the documentation jobs and coordinate documentation team as and when necessary.
∎ To ensure on boarding and joining formalities of selected candidates.
∎ To work with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) team and give input to HRIS for the development of effective recruitment.
∎ To perform any other activities assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command on Microsoft Office application
∎ Have adequate knowledge of labor act & rules as well as related compliance standards.
∎ Good Bengali writing skill through “Bijoy Bayanno”
∎ Good command in English
∎ Good knowledge on KPI, Performance Management, Data Analysis, Modern Recruitment
