Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
∎ Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
∎ Collect & preserve the contact information of organizations/company for communication.
∎ Receive letter, messages, documents and handover those to the concerned persons.
∎ Have to maintain professionalism while doing job.
∎ Necessary support providing to the HR and Administration as deemed appropriate.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
∎ Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
∎ Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
∎ Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Front Desk, Reception
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Candidate should be smart and well conversant in Bangla & English.
∎ Must be sincere in his/her duties.

∎ Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
∎ Professional attitude and appearance.
∎ Solid written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Excellent organizational skills.
