Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
∎ Answer and direct incoming phone calls
∎ Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
∎ Maintain a clean and organized front office and reception area
∎ Schedule appointments and meetings
∎ Perform various administrative tasks as needed

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
∎ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
